Responsibilities:

  • Set ambitious targets, crafting performance plans, and upholding standards for our dedicated sales representatives.
  • Strategize and optimize our sales approach to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify potential clients who stand to benefit from our company's innovative products and solutions.
  • Document and oversee the achievement of our sales targets.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with clients to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports to the Executive Board to keep them informed of our progress and challenges.
  • Design and implementing a scalable sales process, ensuring that our representatives are fully aligned and compliant.
  • Lead weekly sales team meetings to foster collaboration and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, leveraging this insight to drive sales success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT sales management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
