Responsibilities:

Strategize and optimize our sales approach to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Document and oversee the achievement of our sales targets.
Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with clients to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Provide regular reports to the Executive Board to keep them informed of our progress and challenges.
Design and implementing a scalable sales process, ensuring that our representatives are fully aligned and compliant.
Lead weekly sales team meetings to foster collaboration and address any issues or concerns.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, leveraging this insight to drive sales success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT sales management or a related field.
