Spearheading new initiatives that enable growth, enhance our processes, and lower costs for our customers.
Building strong partnerships with operations field leaders to identify the impact of new business initiatives in operations and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.
Innovate to improve customer experience and remove costs from our network.
Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
Manage backlog of programs and coordinate prioritization with internal and external project owners.
Build new tools and metrics that help streamline daily operations.
Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field (or higher, e.g. MBA) or 2+ years’ Amazon experience.
5 + years of direct supervision experience in Operations, Consulting, Manufacturing, Production, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
Experience managing an operations workforce while delivering on performance metrics and process improvement.
Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
Candidates must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
