Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing donors and prospects through regular communication, updates, and personalized outreach.
Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, including digital campaigns, events, and other initiatives to increase donor engagement and donations.
Contribute to researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and grant-making bodies.
Maintain donor databases, track fundraising activities, and ensure accurate records of donations, contacts, and communications.
Assist in preparing fundraising reports, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling fundraising content, including newsletters, social media posts, and donor communications.
Help organize and coordinate fundraising events, including logistics, volunteer coordination, and event promotion.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably within the NGO sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with donor management software or CRM systems.
