Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate recruitment processes.
Maintain and update employees records.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support employee relation activities, including resolving workplace conflict.
Assist in payroll processing and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR roles, such as recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, and training.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
