Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment processes.
  • Maintain and update employees records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support employee relation activities, including resolving workplace conflict.
  • Assist in payroll processing and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, such as recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, and training.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
