Responsibilities
Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, met, and delivered on time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Utilize project management methodologies to set expectations, define milestones, and establish timelines before initiating new projects.
Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
Maintain operational efficiency, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
Lead the implementation journey to accelerate customer adoption.
Collaborate with customers to develop reporting elements, schedules, and success milestones.
Manage project timelines, business transformation strategies, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Leverage technical expertise to drive discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, performance metrics, and pre- and post-sales consultations.
Address customer issues efficiently, following predefined escalation processes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and solution/product delivery within an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
At least 8 years of experience in account management or customer success management.
Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Experience in AI-driven solutions and analytics platforms.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle service disruptions and drive operational efficiency.
Technical understanding of business transformation strategies.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
