Responsibilities:
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies.
- Monitor and implement measures for regulatory compliance.
- Conduct training sessions and promote compliance awareness.
- Perform internal audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate nonconformance incidents and document findings.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions.
