- Conduct prospecting activities and reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels to introduce the company's products and services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet the requirements for the company's products and solutions.
- Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand the prospects' needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings and generate interest in further discussions.
- Coordinate with marketing to align prospecting efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies, share market insights, and collaborate on account opportunities.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, lead interactions, and sales pipeline stages in CRM software.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads.
- Regularly update sales management on pipeline status, key metrics, and progress towards targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or related roles, preferably in the software (SAAS)/technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
- Excellent research and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
