Payment receipt reconciliation with the invoice.
Organize and store complete deal documentation, ensuring compliance and easy accessibility.
Update CRM systems with post-sale details, maintaining accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and deal tracking.
Work closely with the finance team to streamline payment processes and ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies.
Handle small administrative tasks within HubSpot, data enrichment, monitoring CRM data quality, executing periodic data cleanup, and report monitoring.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in sales administration, sales support, finance administration, or sales operations within a technology or SaaS environment.
Familiar with invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management best practices.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple post-sale tasks effectively and follow up promptly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with customers and internal teams.
Experience with CRM and financial systems; knowledge of platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or subscription management tools is a plus.
Ability to proactively address issues and implement process improvements for optimal post-sale operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
