Responsibilities
- Working with business leaders, end-users, and other departments to gather and analyze business requirements and objectives.
- Designing system architecture based on business requirements and available resources.
- Collaborating with developers, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure the design is implemented correctly.
- Developing test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) criteria to ensure the system meets business requirements.
- Leading or overseeing projects related to the development and implementation of new systems or upgrades.
- Identifying and resolving issues in existing systems, whether they are technical or related to user requirements.
- Working closely with developers to ensure that the system meets technical specifications and business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing or leading system development projectsis often expected.
- In-depth knowledge of methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior analysts or development teams.
- Understanding how to handle system upgrades, migrations, or changes without disrupting business operations.
- Familiarity with languages such as Java, C#, Python, SQL, or JavaScript, especially when working on system integration or automation.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, orMySQL, and the ability to design and manage databases.
