Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining and implementing optimal electrical maintenance standards.
- Prepare and update standard settings and troubleshoot list of machines/processes and inform line crews, technical services team and other impacted employees.
- Participate as SME in equipment installation and modification.
- Contribute to define and implement maintenance strategy for new equipment and to improve the maintenance strategy for the existing one.
- Lead and participate as SME to advanced problem-solving activities (PM Card, IDA, UPS etc)
Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree in electrical fields.
- 2+ years’ experience preferably tobacco or FMCG.
- Very good in oral and written English.
- Integrated working system knowledge.
- Communication Skills.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Decision Making.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
