Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Implement outdoor marketing campaigns, including distributing promotional materials, attending industry events, and organizing workshops or seminars to raise awareness of the company’s services.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the waste management or environmental services sector.
Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with the waste management industry and environmental regulations is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
