Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s overall vision and goals.
Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to company policies, and achievement of performance targets.
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth and improve operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between the COO and department heads, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market trends and business needs.
Serve as a key decision-maker in the absence of the COO, ensuring continuity in leadership and operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and financial management.
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams across multiple departments.
Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
