Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Forge relationships with new clients and maintain existing client relationships through excellent communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
Coordinate closely with other departments, such as supply chain, design, logistics, and planning, to ensure seamless alignment and the achievement of sales targets.
Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
1-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Detergents, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, or Plastics & Polymers industries.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using sales-related software and CRM tools.
