Responsibilities:
1. Data Visualization:
- Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations utilizing Power BI and other similar
software.
- Translate complex data into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and reports for stakeholders.
2. CRM Management:
- Perform data cleaning and data integrity checks regularly to maintain the accuracy of the CRM
database.
- Set up and maintain CRM systems, ensuring proper data entry, tagging, and categorization.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure data alignment and CRM best practices.
- Develop and implement CRM processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
3. Vendor Communication:
- Act as a point of contact with CRM system vendors.
- Communicate any system issues or discrepancies to the vendor promptly.
- Monitor the progress of issue resolution and validate fixes on the CRM system.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize system functionality and resolve technical challenges.
4. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Utilize statistical techniques and tools to draw actionable conclusions from data.
- Present findings to management and other stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 2- 3 experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics,
Computer Science).
- Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and CRM management.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleansing best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms is a plus.
