  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Understand the company’s product portfolio. (Side effects, uses, and competitive advantage).
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals by presenting the benefits and features.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Regular visits to medical offices, hospitals, and pharmacies to provide product information.
  • Build and foster strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as the marketing team, to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as medical affairs, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Participate in sales meetings and conferences to improve product knowledge.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. (Pharmacy, or medical background is preferable)
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales (or a related field).
  • Proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
