Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Understand the company’s product portfolio. (Side effects, uses, and competitive advantage).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals by presenting the benefits and features.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Regular visits to medical offices, hospitals, and pharmacies to provide product information.
Build and foster strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as the marketing team, to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as medical affairs, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Participate in sales meetings and conferences to improve product knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. (Pharmacy, or medical background is preferable)
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales (or a related field).
Proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
The ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
