Requirements:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the retail banking sector.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of retail banking products, particularly loans, to effectively identify customer needs and promote suitable financial solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business development and growth.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to sales activities, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales operations, implementing appropriate controls and measures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience 5 years in retail banking sales, with a focus on selling loan products.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of retail banking products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of sales operations.
