Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience 5 years in retail banking sales, with a focus on selling loan products.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of retail banking products, services, and industry trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of sales operations.
