Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
- Participate to Daily Direction Setting (DDS), and provide inputs and actions related to any maintenance activities and tasks to be completed during the following planned downtime and about Repair and Maintenance (R&M) cost measures and actions.
- Lead the scheduling and participate in the execution of the regular planned downtime in compliance with maintenance tasks.
- Participate in developing, executing, and reviewing the 90-day master plan in order to drive breakthrough results in machine performance through reducing planned and unplanned downtime.
- Coach the autonomous/self-sufficient team in order to create the technical capabilities on equipments.
- Cooperate with the Line Lead to implement standard work processes defined in pillars (PM, Breakdown elimination, etc.).
Qualifications
- Technical School (Secondary Technical School or Technical University).
- Overall Experience: 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
Specific Experience: Previous experience or exposure to people coordination/management activities would be an asset. - Troubleshooting skills
- Time management skills
- Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Training for trainers
- Local language, Basic English
