Responsibilities
Directs the BU strategy on distribution activities by cascading objectives & strategies, building a strong relationship with principles, and communicating targets throughout the unit in order to ensure optimal execution, top line & bottom line targets achievement for his unit.
Leads his sales team, allocates responsibilities & contributes towards accomplishing the targets through effective forecasting.
Leads the implementation of the route-to-market strategy by directing the coverage plan to enhance & develop the customer reach.
Leads the implementation of the S&OP (sales and operating plan) process for his unit by supervising sales forecast to maximize operations efficiency.
Guides the training and development of the team by identifying performance gaps and coaching Regional Sales Managers to build a highly capable team.
Contributes in developing a competitive price list by comparing Company prices with the market to reach the most effective price list to maximize company profitability.
Follow up and evaluate all sales team performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business-related subjects.
8 – 12 years sales experience in a telecom or FMCG organization including experience in managing wide team covering all trade channels.
