Monitor vendor performance through structured feedback mechanisms, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to address issues effectively.
Set guidelines and standards for vendors, including compliance requirements, and ensure they are consistently followed.
Set performance targets for the vendor management team to enhance efficiency and support the company’s overall revenue and growth objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve processes related to vendor management and align them with organizational objectives.
Oversee the procurement and management of IT-related services, such as software development, hardware provisioning, cybersecurity solutions, and system integrations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or IT services.
Proficiency in vendor management tools and platforms; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in setting and managing departmental and project budgets.
