Responsibilities
Write clear user stories in order to communicate business requirements to the team.
Analyze customer data, feedback, and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.
Conduct product research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.
Support in onboarding flow and enterprise process management.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of business.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first approach.
Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 years.
In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum) processes and principles.
English and Arabic speakers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
