Responsibilities
Generate new leads for the company’s product. This may involve identifying potential customers through research and outreach, creating marketing campaigns, and building relationships with potential clients.
Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and assisting with the sales process as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage retention and upselling.
Analyze lead generation and sales data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and report on the success of various strategies.
Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and customer needs to continuously improve the lead generation process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of relevant working experience in a large and complex organization.
Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
Good at crisis management.
Possess good ownership execution and communication skills, with more than two years of policy or project management experience.
A team player who is adaptable and willing to pitch in to support colleagues and the growth of the business.
Work in partnership effectively with people from different disciplines and cultures.
Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
