Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth workflow, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
Assist the CEO in managing various projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision making and strategic planning efforts.
Carry out research work into specified projects/areas to support the CEO in special projects, providing insights and recommendations to drive project success.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the CEO, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers, on behalf of the CEO.
Take on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational goals and objectives, leveraging insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
