Responsibilities
Customer visits across GCC region to identify and acquire new businesses / applications and support customers on our portfolio of products to the various industries.
Observation / analysis of the market and translate market trends into needed application support and product scope.
Develop and maintain strong customer relations through personal visits and regular communication, in order to meet all sales and growth objectives.
Implement and track the sales strategy and account plans for assigned territory & Applications.
Analyze customer needs, determine best solution using appropriate Solvochem products and coordinate technical support activities.
Attend trade shows and industry functions.
Keep abreast of competitive products, applications, market conditions, competitive activities, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in the GCC markets, ideally within the chemical industry or a related field.
Knowledge of the PU Foam industry and/or Paints & Coatings industry is a plus.
Good Communication and fluency in English.
Drive and bias for action to deliver the sales plan.
Demonstrates sales excellence and business acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills.
Demonstrates strong initiative, ownership and proactiveness to meet business objectives
Good team worker that can collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
