Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's objectives.
Provide guidance and training to managers on HR-related matters such as employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR technology systems and digital workflows.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the FMCG, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
PHR or aPHRI certification.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in data analysis and HR metrics reporting.
Experience in change management and project management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
