Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the market for the company's engineering services and products across industries such as FMCGs, Automotive, Packaging, Food & Beverage, and Detergents.
  • Secure contracts for engineering projects in the Egyptian market by presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Form relationships with new potential clients in the target industries and expand the company's client base in Egypt.
  • Coordinate closely with the technical team within the organization to ensure seamless alignment between sales, engineering, and project delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and account management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, preferably in the FMCG, Automotive, Packaging, Food & Beverage, or Detergents industries.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
