Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze trends and competition.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Monitor, review, and report on marketing activities and results.
Oversee content creation for marketing collateral, websites, and social media.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective activities.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams.
Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights.
Maintain relationships with media and advertising agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
At least 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong market research and data analysis skills.
Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
