Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting, with a strong track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health supplements, along with a thorough understanding of health regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems to efficiently manage inventory levels, sales data, and financial transactions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records, prescriptions, and inventory management.
