Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and meetings based on urgency and importance.
  • Assist in the preparation of business plans, project timelines, and strategic documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support day-to-day office management, including filing, office supplies procurement, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Handle special projects as needed, providing proactive solutions to ensure successful outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a managerial or executive setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
