Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence management.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and meetings based on urgency and importance.
Assist in the preparation of business plans, project timelines, and strategic documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support day-to-day office management, including filing, office supplies procurement, and managing administrative tasks.
Handle special projects as needed, providing proactive solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative support, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a managerial or executive setting.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
