Manage and organize the federation’s activities in line with overall goals.
Supervise administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with relevant entities to achieve the federation’s objectives.
Follow up on and implement decisions from the Board of Directors.
Prepare periodic reports for management submission.
Manage the federation’s staff according to the Board of Directors' decisions.
Handle complaints and suggestions, directing them to the relevant committees.
Oversee public relations and communication with institutions and partners.
Collaborate with the media agency to develop and manage content for the federation’s website and social media platforms, ensuring coverage of key activities and major events.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of practical experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Marketing.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in using PowerPoint and preparing presentations.
Ability to draft official letters and correspondence.
Fast typing skills in both Arabic and English.
Efficient organization and archiving of files.
Capability to organize and prepare for meetings efficiently.
