Advise on appropriate promotional procedures established from customer data analysis and current trends.
Follow up with distributors on sales, orders, forecast, off-take, visibility, and displays.
Work closely with distributors to analyze data (IMS, SOH, in-store displays, distribution gap ..) and recommendations to grow the current/new channels and customers (distributor management) and set the RTM (Route To Market).
Data validation: Controls the correctness and validity of data provided by each distributor.
Prepares trade promotional plans by brand and by country in designated channels targeting crucial customers and follow up on BDA’s execution.
Working closely with the sales and marketing team and advising on retail store locations and methods for in-store solutions (POSM; Point Of Sale Materials).
Conduct market visits (in local market and regional) to check visibility, display, planogram, merchandising, and identify opportunities for promotion and growth and analyze competition.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Follow up on expenses, DN’s collection, and reconciliation with finance.
High knowledge in price structure and setting value chain (margin vs markup).
Work on monthly reports highlighting the progress and the opportunities of the brands.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’;s degree in marketing, business, or sales, with relevant coursework in management, economics, statistics, and business administration.
3 - 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of trade marketing dynamics.
