Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
  • Follow up on leads, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on the company's products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Help prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or product demonstrations to potential clients.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Motivated by targets and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
