Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. 
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff. Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary. 
  • Greet visitors and provide general support to them. 
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. 
  • Assist in various office tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning. 

Qualifications  

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or  Secretary will be a plus. 
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
