Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff. • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed. • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Greet visitors and provide general support to them.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist in various office tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative role. • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
