Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company’s sales targets and objectives. 
  • Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts. 
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, forge relationships with new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Ensuring the continuous growth of the sales department. 
  • Responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing mentorship and support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • 10 years of industrial experience in food and beverages, and commodities trading.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Must).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
