Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company’s sales targets and objectives.
Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts.
Build strong relationships with key clients, forge relationships with new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
Ensuring the continuous growth of the sales department.
Responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing mentorship and support to the sales team.
Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
10 years of industrial experience in food and beverages, and commodities trading.
Fluent in English and Arabic (Must).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
