Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage complex calendars and schedules.
Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time management.
Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties.
Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Book flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related activities.
Prepare travel documents and ensure compliance with travel policies.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site events.
Process expense reports and manage budgeting for executive activities.
Liaise with personal contacts and service providers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Discretion and confidentiality are imperative.
