Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Project Support: Help coordinate projects by tracking timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
Data Management: Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance metrics, highlighting trends and suggesting improvements.
Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Process Optimization: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Inventory and Supplies: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to support daily operations.
Event Planning: Support the organization of company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed.
Documentation Maintenance: Keep accurate records of operational procedures, guidelines, and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant project management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
