Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the accounting function.
Oversee cash and bank management.
Ensure accurate revenue capturing and invoicing.
Manage costs effectively.
Handle receivables and payables.
Process payroll, including Social Security and payroll tax obligations.
Manage sales, withholding, and income tax filings.
Conduct monthly and yearly financial closing and reporting activities.
Assist in budgeting processes.
Coordinate annual audits and prepare financial statements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to consistently deliver accurate results and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
