Responsibilities
Research organizations and individuals online, especially on social media platforms, to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes purchase decisions.
Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Understand the company’s products and solutions to explain and sell them to prospective clients clearly.
Understand the sales brief and deliver the pitch-perfect messages to prospective customers.
Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
Sending existing clients greetings and wishes on special occasions and festivals.
Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
Ability to work under tight deadlines to achieve targets.
Qualifications
Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
Full knowledge of professional social networking platforms like LinkedIn.
Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing.
