Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer
service and satisfaction.
Regularly communicate project progress, expectations, and updates with clients.


Project Deployment Oversight
Manage end-to-end IT project deployments, including both hardware and software
solutions (e.g., ERP systems).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent projects.


Organizational & Administrative Support

Organize and maintain comprehensive digital and physical records for projects and clients.
Create detailed agendas and document meeting minutes.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement actionable plans aligned with the organization’s strategic
objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to link long-term strategy to operational goals.
Track and report on key metrics to monitor progress and achieve targets.


Team Leadership

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5 or more members, delegating tasks effectively.
Set, monitor, and assess KPIs for team performance.
Foster a positive, productive team environment, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture.

 

Qualifications


-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field preferred.
-Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
-Strong technical knowledge in IT deployments, with an understanding of ERP systems.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
-Preferably a female candidate based in Jordan.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
-Strong leadership skills, with a history of successful team management.
