Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies and processes, including job
    postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory
    requirements, including hiring practices, equal opportunity, and safety.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and initial
    performance evaluations.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters,
    including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring
    consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring timely and accurate
    updates to employee data, benefits, and compensation.
  • Manage employee performance, including coaching, counseling, and
    disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Facilitate employee development and training programs, including
    performance management, skills development, and career planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies regarding
    workplace health, safety, and security.
  • Manage HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives,
    team building activities, and culture-building programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the region.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional labor laws and compliance
    requirements.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or a local equivalent are
    preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
    develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes.
