Responsibilities
Develop and manage recruitment strategies and processes, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and selection.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory requirements, including hiring practices, equal opportunity, and safety.
Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and initial performance evaluations.
Provide support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring timely and accurate updates to employee data, benefits, and compensation.
Manage employee performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Facilitate employee development and training programs, including performance management, skills development, and career planning.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies regarding workplace health, safety, and security.
Manage HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, team building activities, and culture-building programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the region.
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms.
In-depth knowledge of regional labor laws and compliance requirements.
Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or a local equivalent are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes.
