Proactively identify new business opportunities within the target industries and effectively pitch packaging solutions to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including supply chain, design, logistics, and planning, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations for product development and sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase products and capabilities.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Detergents, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, or Plastics & Polymers industries.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using CRM tools and software to manage sales activities and customer data.
Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed.
