Senior Business Analyst

- Software Testing: Identify and resolve issues from an end-user perspective; develop and execute detailed test cases.
- Requirements Analysis: Review and understand Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) to align testing with business needs.
- Test Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation and prepare detailed test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers to address faults and enhance product quality; liaise with internal teams for smooth account management.
- Client Engagement: Manage relationships with existing and new customers, resolving issues and providing monthly invoices.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing to ensure system robustness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field.
- 10 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) since 2018.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
