Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of SW quality assurance engineers, assigning and following up on tasks, setting goals, coaching, and performance reviews.
Develop the annual testing plan and process in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assist the development and execution of the action plans for the company’s strategy.
Report team activities, accomplishments, and issues.
Manage testing devices, samples, and testing tools/equipment.
Take part in testing activities, testing new smartphones, and telecom services, reporting and tracking issues.
Explore new testing automation possibilities and approaches to increase productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field.
Good knowledge in telecommunication networks and technologies such as 5G/LTE/3G/VOLTE/VOWIFI.
Intermediate level coding/scripting experience with one or more of the following: Javascript, Java, PHP, Ruby, Selenium, Appium or Python.
Solid experience in testing mobile apps, backend, web portals, performance, and database.
Strong organizational skills, attention to details and sound technical judgment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum Framework.
Ability to travel frequently for long periods.
