Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR operations, providing guidance and support to the team.
Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient HR processes.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, from job posting to on-
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws in Jordan and the GCC, ensuring all HR practices comply with local and regional laws.
Manage the implementation and utilization of HR systems such as ZenHR to streamline HR functions.
Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the trading, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industries.
Strong knowledge of labor laws in Jordan and the GCC region.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to travel to Bahrain for one week every month.
Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and payroll systems.
Experience implementing HR systems like ZenHR.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
Familiarity with HR best practices and current trends in HR technology.
