Responsibilities:
Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and processes to identify improvement areas.
Assist in designing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with departments to gather data and propose process improvements.
Support the creation and revision of policies and procedures.
Monitor progress of organizational initiatives and prepare reports for management.
Contribute to developing training programs to boost employee skills.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
1-3 years of experience, preferably in organization development, process improvement, or a related field.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
