Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and higher education institutions.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions as well to ensure follow-up, project progress, and expectation management.
Meet and exceed sales targets for new customers and revenue.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate and grow these markets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, activities, track performance, and generate reports.
Oversee the sales administration process, ensuring efficient quotation and order processing, and contract management.
Collaborate with senior leadership to link long-term strategy to operational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the IT/Technology or Education sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of contacts within schools and higher education institutions in the UAE.
Customer-facing skills; persuasive and pleasant communicative attitude.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Presentation, interpersonal & communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
Flexibility to work during non-business hours.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Similar.
