Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Plan and coordinate transportation routes, schedules, and delivery methods to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, S&OP, and Finance departments to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with third-party logistics partners, freight forwarders, and clearance agents.
Develop strategies to optimize freight expenses while maintaining high service quality.
Monitor and ensure compliance with international transportation and trade regulations.
Manage import/export processes, including handling customs documents, duties, and tariffs.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations, such as delays, damages, and legal issues.
Collect and analyze data related to logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommending improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years in logistics and freight management, preferably in FMCG or logistics sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
CSCP, PMP, or CILT certification preferred.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
