Analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance and achieve business objectives.
Present findings to the teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
Maintaining a competitive market knowledge.
Tracking and reporting data.
Will assist Commercial and Finance sectors.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferably experience in the FMCG Industry as a Business Analyst.
