Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Group Policy.
- Deploy and manage Internet Information Services (IIS) for web hosting.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Server for email services and manage SQL Server databases.
- Install and manage SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Implement and manage Certificate Authorities (CAs) for secure communication.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for Windows Server environments and respond to security incidents.
- Provide technical support to internal users for system-related issues.
- Participate in system deployment and migration projects and ensure system integration.
- Generate System Configuration Documentation and maintain accurate system documentation.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the NCSC team for ongoing skills development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field of Microsoft services.
- Certifications: MCSE, Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Having experience in: Domain Controller (2019), IIS (2019), Microsoft Exchange (2019), SQL, Certificate Authority (CA), Windows Server, and Linux (Red Hat, CentOS...).
