Requirements:

7+ years of experience in digital transformation, with 5+ years in a consulting firm and expertise in cross-functional business analysis (IT, finance, operations).
Proficiency in digital transformation frameworks and emerging technologies, with experience in strategy development.
Strong leadership and project management skills for managing large-scale digital projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications in digital transformation (e.g., Certified Digital Transformation Professional) or project management (PMP, Agile) preferred.
