Responsibilities
-
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.

Optimize network performance and explore emerging technologies.
-
Manage the WiFi infrastructure to provide seamless connectivity for both internal users and guests.
-
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
-
Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware and software.
-
Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the data and systems from cyber threats.
-
Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
-
Address and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical support to end-users as needed.
-
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and IT policies and procedures.
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-
CCNA certification and other relevant IT certifications.
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management and network administration.
-
Strong knowledge of Networking, WiFi, and LiFi technologies.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
-
Proven leadership and team management skills.
-
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
